Onsite Requirements:
- Experience with RADAR and/or ESA (Electronically Scanned Array) integration and test.
- Experience with Space Payload or Space Vehicle (Satellite) integration and testing in a clean room environment.
- Programming in C or MATLAB for understanding and editing/improving existing code.
Job Description:
- Responsibilities include executing test scripts for the verification of Software, Hardware, and System requirements for applications in Space.
- Understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) systems, especially RADAR, SIGINT, or COMMS;programming and scripting skills;and, working knowledge of RF test equipment (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, etc.) is desired.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math);or HS diploma with at least 4 years of relevant military experience with sensor system, ideally RADAR, integration and test or operation and maintenance, or military control room console operator;or defense industry work experience with sensor system, ideally RADAR, integration and test or operation and maintenance
- Willingness to work dedicated 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends for several months continuously (2nd shift is typically 1 PM - 10 PM;3rd shift is typically 9 PM - 6 AM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RADAR and/or ESA (Electronically Scanned Array) integration and test.
- Experience with Space Payload or Space Vehicle (Satellite) integration and testing in a clean room environment.
- Programming in C or MATLAB for understanding and editing/improving existing code.
- Scripting in Python or Tcl for understanding and editing/improving existing scripts.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
