Overview:
Our client is currently conducting a search for a Technical Project Manager to support its Corporate functions including services delivery, operations, business development, capture, and proposal development.
Responsibilities:
• Support corporate delivery and operations in a technical management capacity including strategic planning, client relationship management and delivery, recruiting, and operational oversight.
• Support one or more client delivery projects on a short term basis as needed.
• Create high quality, technically accurate, and compelling content for proposals, white papers, and other documentation related to Business Development and Capture functions.
• Gather information required to develop technically compliant responses through independent research and by conducting interviews with technical and management SMEs, program leaders, and proposed key personnel.
• Lead written solicitation response efforts by developing win themes and writing strategies based on solicitation requirements and performance work statement (PWS) tasks.
• Compile, organize, and maintain boilerplate content, such as executive summaries, capabilities statements, past performance references, program management plans, quality control plans, staffing and transition plans, graphics, tables, and charts.
• Write and edit content for marketing materials, such as the corporate website, capability briefings, and capability statements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Management, with 10+ years of industry experience.
• 5+ years of IT solutions management and architecture experience supporting IT infrastructure, applications/systems development, and/or cybersecurity solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing technical content for various documents (program/project deliverables, systems architecture and design, proposal responses, etc.).
• Federal environment experience highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Well versed in industry leading and modern tools and technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of modern architecture concepts and solutions (Microservices, Cloud based solutions, Zero-trust architecture, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, etc.).
• Good knowledge and understanding of Program/Project management principals, DevSecOps, and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience in developing proof of concept and hypothetical solutions for proposal purposes, targeted towards large-scale enterprise organizations.
• Successful delivery, management, and hands-on technology experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT environments is a plus.
